Activities Tab

Previously logged Activities, overdue Activities or future planned Activities associated with the selected record will appear within the "Activities" tab. Check-ins are considered in-person Activities and will be accessible within this tab as well.

To add an Activity to a Record:

  1. Tap a Record
  2. Tap “Add” to the right of Activities 
  3. Fill out all required Activity fields
  4. Tap “Log Activity”

Note: This will log an Activity but this will not create a check-in Activity. Use a "Check-in" button on the home screen, within the quick actions or from the Route to log a check-in activity
