- New “Emails” Tab: Person and company records now include a dedicated Emails tab showing sent and received messages.
- Threaded Conversations: Full email threads are displayed with expandable messages and attachments for clear context.
- Reply Within MMC: Users can reply or reply all directly from the thread view, with support for email templates.
- Email Activity Logging: After replying, reps can opt to create a pre-filled email activity linked to the contact or company.
