Filters on List View

From the List View, you can apply and edit Filters via the “Filter" button on the left or using one of the quick filters on top
Quick filters are located at the top of the Records List page. These Filters can be applied with one singular click and allow you to customize the Filter right from the dropdown easily
- Nearby: Filter records within a specific range near your current location
- No contact in: Filter records that have no Activity logged for a specified period of time
- Frequency Interval: Filter records by the numeric Frequency Interval that has been assigned to your records (i.e. see all 30 day Frequency records on the Map)
- Frequency Status: Filter records by their Frequency status or identify which ones do not have a Frequency assigned
- Added in the past: Filter the records that have been created in MMC over a specified period of time
- Next Activity: Filter records with upcoming Activities
- Deal Status (For Deal records only): Filter Deals with a rotting status
