How do I set frequencies?

You can set the frequency to see a given account from any record, as well as from groups.

To set a frequency on the web app:

Step 1- Click on a record that does not yet have a frequency

Step 2- Expand the section "Set a Frequency" if not yet open

Step 3- Select the interval in days (how frequently you'd like to see the account, in days)

That's it! You've opted into a Frequency. Please note, the record must have at least one activity to display its status. To learn more about Frequencies on web, view this article. 

To set a cadence to a group on the Mobile app:

Step 1- Tap on a record that does not yet have a frequency

Step 2- Expand the section "Set a Frequency" if not yet open

Step 3- Select the interval in days (how frequently you'd like to see the account, in days)
