People Overview
In Map My Customers, People is how you store contact information about your customers and prospects. People can be used to create optimized Routes and better visualize your customers.
On Web, People Records can be created by either importing or manually adding People into Map My Customers.
To Access People Records:
- Select "Records" from the Navigation Bar
- Select "People List" from the dropdown menu
- Select the Record you want to view
