Setting Up Outbound Data with SFTP

Once you've finalized your Inbound SFTP sync, it's time to set up Outbound sync if you would like data to push from MMC into your system

  1. In Map My Customers, create an Export for each Object (Company, People, Deals, Activities) you’d like to send outbound from MMC to a designated SFTP folder
  2. Name the Exports (we recommend adding “SFTP” to the name to ensure no unexpected edits are made here)
  3. Inform MMC of Outbound considerations including:
    • Which Exports to send to the SFTP folder (this is the same folder that inbound SFTP files will be sent to) 
    • Outbound send frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) and what time you would like these files to be sent i.e. 1am ET 
  4. MMC will verify your setup and the outbound exporting process will be set live within 1-2 business days
