View or edit records from the Map

To access your records: 

  1. Go to the "Map" tab at the top navigation bar
  2. Click on a pin

You’ll see preview details of the record, Pinned Fields and quick actions available to interact with.

Quick Actions:

  • Quick edit
  • Add Note
  • Add Activity
  • Call
  • Get Directions
  • Email
  • Manage Groups 
  • Manage Routes
  • Manage Frequencies
  • Street View
  • Add a Relationship association
  • Visit Website (on Companies)

Note: Standard and Custom Fields can be customized to be included as Pinned Fields i.e. quickly view YTD Sales custom field information in one click of the pin. To learn more about setting up Pinned Fields, please visit our Pinned Fields article 

To view more details of the record:

  1. Click the name of the Company, Person, or Deal record
  2. This will open a panel from the right-hand side of the map

There are six different tabs on the Record view:

    • Details:
      • View or edit Address details
      • View or edit Standard fields 
      • View or edit Custom fields
      • View Record History of past edits or changes that have occurred 
    • Activities:
      • View all activities past, present or future planned
      • Add new Activities to this record
    • Relationships:
      • Related Records - Parent or Children Companies
      • Associated Records - People or Deals 
      • Routes assigned to this record
    • Notes:
      • View all Notes
      • Add, Edit or Delete Notes
    • Files:
      • View all uploaded files
      • Add, Edit or Delete Files 
    • Emails: 
      • View all Emails sent via the MMC Bulk Email functionality or full inbox correspondence with this Company or Person record
